are many types of energy healing. Here we focus on two: Reiki and Reflexology.
Use them occasionally to de-stress and re-center. Use them regularly to
make profound changes in your life.
Energy Healing is excellent for:

Reiki
– (ray-key). Rei means “universal power
or essence”; ki (or chi) is the energy that flows through all life forms.
During a healing session, the practitioner lightly places their hands on and
around the client’s body, in order to restore a balance between body,
mind, and spirit. Energy is opened and allowed to flow freely, and the client
feels a sense of lightness, security, well-being and calm.
Reflexology –
The ancient healing art of reflexology feels like a deeply relaxing foot rub.
By dissolving energy blocks, the overall effect is an intensive, whole-body
(mind/body/spirit) cleansing. The feet contain reflex points that correspond
to each organ and system in the body. During a session, the practitioner touches
on each of those points, releasing any stress, strain, or disease from those
areas.
Because Reiki and Reflexology tap into the body’s self-healing capabilities,
the benefits remain long after a session has ended. They bring calm and relaxation,
and create profound changes in our lives.
